We are committed to ensuring all our customers receive the best possible service. Our ethos has five core elements.
1. Reliability - We aim to provide a reliable service for all of our customers. We will arrive when we say we will and provide quotes free of charge at a time that suits you.
2. Honesty - We will always be honest about the work you require! We will quote for what you have asked for, but we will always inform you about longer term solutions regarding maintenance of trees and hedges that could save you money and preserve your trees and hedges in the future. However it is your choice what work you choose to commission us to complete.
3. Respect - We respect all of my clients decisions about what work they would like us to complete. We respect all of our customers properties and ensure the grounds are left tidy. We respect your privacy and will work with you to ensure we cause as little disruption as possible to you and your neighbours whilst the agreed work is being carried out.
